Job role
Prepare draft letter to request textbook approvals from Ministry of Education (MOE) to be sent by Country Director;
Follow-up with receipt of textbook approvals from MOE;
Order textbooks from publisher after preparing purchase orders and obtaining required approvals from the Senior Manager;
Distribute books to program teachers in accordance with AMIDEAST guidelines.
Teacher Recruitment
Work with Senior Manager to set criteria for teacher recruitment and approval from the cognizant donor POC;
Assist with interviews and selection of teachers with stakeholders;
Prepare guidelines for teachers responsibilities;
Submit teacher list for background checks
Teacher Payment
Prepare salary voucher payments for instructors;
Submit vouchers to the Finance Department for payment;
Ensure that all program instructors are paid on time;
